Refund Policy
Refunds are not available after the treatment has been performed or once a prepaid program has commenced.
In case of medical contraindications or situations where a doctor deems the treatment unsuitable before starting, clients may request:
A service credit of equal value for another treatment, or
A partial refund, subject to management review.
For unperformed services or advance payments, clients may request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment, in accordance with Thai consumer protection guidelines.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days.
